Albion with be without both Sam Baldock and Bobby Zamora for tomorrow evenings trip to St Andrews. However current stand in captain Bruno is expected to be fit to face Birmingham.
Baldock limped off just before halftime against Burnley and was replaced by the rather lacklustre James Wilson.
Boss Chris Hughton told Brighton & Hove News ” Sam will miss out – we are hoping its more neural than a hamstring . It’s something he’s experienced before , but he came off at the right time and he was feeling it”
Baldock has scored 3 times this season but has formed a good partnership with Tomer Hemed.
As with Zamora, Hughton went on to tell Brighton & Hove News that although he had come through training the 35 year old striker was ” still a bit sorer than normal so will miss out”
Elvis Manu, Jiri Skalak and even Jamie Murphy could be given a chance to go up front should Albion’s striker crisis worsen.
