Have you seen missing Brighton teen?

Police are searching for Shanie Leigh Challis, who is missing from her home in Brighton.

The 16-year-old was last seen at about 7.40pm on Friday (6 May) and police are concerned for her whereabouts.

Shanie is described as white, slim, about 5ft 8in, with black shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing a leather jacket, a black vest top, a denim skirt, black leggings and white trainers, and carrying a peach or brown handbag.

Anyone with any information about her whereabouts is asked to contact 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101, quoting serial 18 of 07/05.

Police are also concerned about the welfare of a 15-year-old boy missing from a care home in Hampshire but who is known to frequent Brighton and Hastings.

Connor MacKay was last seen on 26 April at Brighton railway station.

He is described as white, 5ft 5in, slim and with short straight light brown hair and brown eyes.

Missing persons co-ordinator Vicky Morris said: “We are concerned that Connor hasn’t been seen for more than a fortnight. Please contact us if you have any information which can help us to find him and make sure he is okay.”
