Albion trail Preston by a goal to nil here at the Amex. After a tenth minute goal from Jordan Hugill.
Bruno mis-controlled the ball just outside the penalty area, and sold David Stockdale woefully short with a back-pass. Stockdale tried to control the ball with his chest, but Hugill nipped in and fired into an unguarded net.
Albion haven’t yet, had a clear cut chance to score.
Preston, especially Hugill, have caused Albion problems defensively.
Jamie Murphy , Lewis Dunk from a corner and Glenn Murray, with half chances against the diminutive looking Chris Maxwell in the Preston goal.
A minutes applause for Preston fan, 15 year old Dylan Crossley who passed away recently, was impeccably observed by all stands at the Amex.
