Brighton & Hove News caught up with Albion captain Bruno Saltor yesterday here are 5 things we found out.

1) Bruno he likes to share his responsibilities as captain. “We can not just think one player has to be the main player, really we can’t just have one captain, everyone needs to feel important on the pitch” he told us.

2) Being a senior member of the squad  he has always tried to help the younger players prior to being club captain  “is not just about the armband but the feeling inside” he revealed.

3) Although he said he tried not to think about it too much, Bruno would clearly be delighted to lift the Football League Championship Trophy for the Albion. Emphasising to Brighton & Hove News  “Everything we do, on the pitch, on the training ground , the sacrifices we make, is for that”

4) Bruno hasn’t scored this season but pointed out to @bhcitynews that he has scored at least once every season since joining the club and would love to get on the score sheet to round off a great season. But his main aim is of course to protect Albions goal.

5) Bruno told Brighton & Hove News that he loves this club and the area and the 35  old said he tried  to enjoy every involvent, every match and every training session as if it were his last “I am very happy here” said the Spaniard ” when pressed on his own future at the Albion he replied ” the club is growing so fast and getting higher all the time so we’ll see”

Happy days for the Seagulls, but watch out for the chickens and hatches. Small typo, folks. ‘Enjoy every involvent’ should be ‘enjoy every moment’ perhaps?
