A man from Brighton suffered serious chest injuries in a car crash, Sussex Police said this afternoon (Monday 12 June).
The 69-year-old man was at the wheel of a grey Honda Jazz which crashed with a silver Jaguar XF on the B2113 Folders Lane, near Ditchling.
The Brighton man was heading east and the Jaguar was coming the other way when the accident happened shortly before 2.30pm on Saturday 10 June.
A 68-year-old woman from Ditchling was driving the Jaguar.
Sussex Police said: “Both sustained serious chest injuries and were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where they were detained for treatment.
“A 66-year-old woman who was the front seat passenger in the Honda was also taken to the RSCH for treatment to minor injuries but was later allowed home.
