The Seagulls will again start their Premier League campaign at Watford on Saturday 10 August.
They then have two home games against West Ham and Southampton, before ending August away at champions Manchester City.
Albion take on Spurs at White Hart Lane on Boxing Day and Newcastle are the final visitors to the Amex on Saturday 9 May.
Chelsea visit on New Year’s Day and arch-rivals Crystal Palace come to the Amex on leap year day Saturday 29 February.
Also in February, the Premier League will have its first official mid-season break, with a round of matches split over two successive weekends.
Five matches have been scheduled for one weekend and five matches the weekend after – all due to be televised live.
The break has been scheduled for the weekends starting on Saturday 8 February – when Brighton host Watford – and Saturday 15 February.
Graham Potter’s men will want to collect points early in the season, as April again looks to be a real challenge for the Seagulls.
They will play consecutive home games against Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City, promising a real feast for Seagulls fans.
The dates for televised matches in August and September are due to be announced on Friday 5 July.
