A Brighton drug dealer was spared an immediate prison sentence after he admitted three counts of having drugs with intent to supply.
Peter Greenwood, 45, of Highcroft Villas, Brighton, was fined £300 and given a two-year prison sentence, suspended for two years.
Greenwood was arrested after being caught in October last year with heroin, crack cocaine and amphetamine.
The judge, Recorder Bernard Richmond, said that Greenwood would be subject to supervision for the next two years and would have to complete 35 days of rehabilitation activity.
Recorder Richmond passed sentence at Chichester Crown Court on Friday (1 December).
I”m sure that will help keep drugs off the streets, why not a fully paid holiday as well, maggot brain system

Judges have now been instructed that all custodial sentences that would have been 2yrs and under are now to be suspended. This is due to the prisons being full.
We are not told the facts to this case,
That’s surely a deterrent….. Not
How many people will suffer and die while he is on a two year suspended sentence?
Feeling a bit melodramatic today, Hendrik? You’re making assumptions, like assuming Mr. Greenwood isn’t easily replaceable or hasn’t been swapped out already, without knowing the specifics of his role or situation. He might just be a dime a dozen at street level.
He may have been cuckooed. Alot of this in Brighton and Hove. Some people are forced to sell drugs.
If that was the case then he should not have been sentenced at all.
But if that was not the case, then he got off very lightly, and I still believe others will suffer and may die as a result of his actions. And we are talking of heroin, crack cocaine and amphetamines.
Or he grassed alot of people up .
Are you taking the pill ??
