The television property show presenter Amanda Lamb is offering help worth £1,500 to anyone trying to sell their home in Brighton and Hove.
The cash comes with a catch as she wants to bring a TV crew to the area to film an episode of her Channel 4 programme Selling Houses with Amanda Lamb.
The production company that makes the show, Reef TV, said: “We’re bringing Selling Houses with Amanda Lamb to the Brighton area and are looking for people selling their houses in the area who may be interested in taking part in the programme.
“Each episode will feature three sellers of a similar property. They each receive £1,500 from the production company, along with considered input from Amanda Lamb on improvements to make and how to stage their home to maximise its potential.
“After the improvements have been made, Amanda will bring an interested buyer to view the home in the hope that they will make that sale.
“We’re looking for people who are selling their main residence, rather than landlords.”
Home sellers will need to be around from Saturday 17 September to Wednesday 28 September for filming.
Reef TV added: “The show goes out around three months after filming so the Brighton episode with air early 2017.”
