A Hove dentist has admitted four charges of fraud and will be sentenced by a crown court judge next month.
Philip Yellowley also pleaded guilty to two charges of trying to pervert the course of justice after asking colleagues to lie to police.
The 51-year-old, who practiced at Hove Court Dental Centre in New Church Road, Hove, was struck off by the General Dental Council in April 2009.
The move followed complaints by patients about how much they had been charged for work that he had carried out.
The fraud charges followed a police investigation.
Yellowley, who lives in Norman Close, Battle, was bailed to return to Lewes Crown Court on Monday 7 February to be sentenced.
