A Woodingdean man suspected of being a serial flasher has been bailed by magistrates.

Marian Suchodolinsky, 26, of Sandhurst Avenue, Brighton, pleaded not guilty to six counts of indecent exposure when he appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.

He is alleged to have exposed himself a number of times in Cowley Drive, Woodingdean, from March to July this year.

Suchodolinsky was arrested in early August after an undercover investigation by Sussex Police.

He was bailed to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 22 October for a plea and case management hearing when a trial date is expected to be set.
