Brighton mums are being offered a day of relaxation and self-expression tomorrow (Sunday 17 November).

The one-day Big Sunday event offers activities such as yoga, Pilates, life coaching, art and writing workshops and mini-pamper sessions specifically for mothers.

There is also a crèche for babies and young children.

Big Sunday is run by Mothers Uncovered, part of the Brighton-based arts and education charity Livestock.

Mothers Uncovered provides opportunities for mums to talk about their experiences and meet others in the same situation.

This is the second Big Sunday event.

Last year Big Sunday was supported by the former mayor of Brighton and Hove, Councillor Bill Randall.
