Brighton and Hove Albion lost their latest pre-season friendly, away to League 1 Peterborough.
The defeat came despite Albion taking a first half-lead through pre-season starlet, Shamir Fenelon, who combined well with new signing Chris O’Grady.
Aaron Hughes also made his first Albion start .
Britt Assombolonga equalised for Peterborough ten minutes into the second half .
Kyle Vassell put the Posh ahead with about 20 minutes remaining and although former Peterborough hero Craig Mackail-Smith replaced O’Grady in the closing stages, Albion could not find a way back into the match.
