The drug scene in Ibiza is run by English gangs, as it is in many other places, so the answer is YES

Raffetty, many english gangs operate in other countrys to traffic drugs. And if there was a country where selling drugs was more profitable than a rich country like england. And serving time was more relaxed than england. Then in this situation there would be MANY english gangs being arrested for these things.
