Joseph Eubank has denied raping a teenage girl near the Palace Pier, in Brighton, and will go on trial later this year.
Eubank, 27, the younger son of boxer Chris Eubank Sr, is charged with two counts of rape of a woman over 16.
It comes after a girl under 18 reported an attack on the evening of Saturday 16 July 2022.
At Lewes Crown Court today (Thursday 8 February), Eubank, wearing a grey jacket and black top, pleaded not guilty to both charges.
The trial date has been set for Monday 23 September and Eubank continued to be granted bail with conditions.
