Detectives are trying to trace a 25-year-old man after a basement flat was burgled in the centre of Brighton.
Sussex Police issued an appeal for help in tracing Craig Michael White and published his photograph after investigating a burglary in Little Preston Street, Brighton.
The force said that a blue Acer laptop was stolen in the burglary which happened between 11am and 8pm on Sunday 29 June.
Detective Constable Brad Lozynski said: “We have no information that White is a danger to the public but we need to speak to him urgently about the burglary.
“We believe he is somewhere in the city and would urge anyone that sees him or who knows where he is to contact us.”
