A burglar from Brighton is wanted by police who want him back behind bars.
Sussex Police said: “Police are searching for 34-year-old Anthony Bowles, who is wanted for recall to prison for breaching terms of his prison release licence.
“Bowles, who completed a four-year sentence for burglary on (Thursday) 23 April, is described as white, 5ft 3in, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
“He is believed to have links to Lewes and Brighton.”
Bowles, formerly of Preston Road, Brighton, was described as a “creeper” – breaking into people’s homes as they slept – when he appeared at Lewes Crown Court two years ago.
He pleaded guilty to five burglaries – all in Brighton – and was sentenced to four years in prison.
