A rickshaw which is being driven on a 470 mile trek around the south of England for Children in Need will arrive at the Palace Pier this afternoon.
The One Show Rickshaw Challenge set off from Lands End last Friday, and is due to make it to the East End of London this Friday.
Six young riders are taking turns to pedal the rickshaw, accompanied by One Show presenter Matt Baker. They are hoping to beat last year’s fundraising total of £2.2million.
A live broadcast will take place on the Palace Pier this evening, with Pudsey the Bear greeting the team as it arrives in Brighton.
You can track the progress of the rickshaw here – at 9.50am it is currently in the heart of the South Downs National Park, passing through Fyning in West Sussex.
