Albion then host Manchester United the following weekend, with a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool a week later.
Crystal Palace are due to visit the Amex on Tuesday 4 December, with the return fixture scheduled for the second weekend in March.
Arsenal may come bearing gifts on Boxing Day at the Amex while Albion start 2019 with a New Year’s Day match with West Ham United.
The Easter weekend features a trip to newly promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday 20 April.
The season ends at home to the current Premier League Champions Manchester City on Sunday 12 May.
