The arrest came after Andrew Rowland-Stuart died at his 15th floor flat in Wiltshire House, Lavender Court, Brighton.

Police said: “Emergency services responded to the incident in Lavender Street shortly after 7.30pm on Monday 27 May.

“She has been remanded in custody to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Friday 31 May.”

The investigation is known as Operation Putney.

Detective Chief Inspector Alex Campbell, of the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, said: “This is a fast-moving investigation and our inquiries are ongoing as we seek to establish the full circumstances which led to Andrew’s tragic death.

“Our thoughts remain with his loved ones at this difficult time.

It’s 2024, woman can commit crimes, plenty of you do and you all get lenient sentences. How’s that for equality.

Interestingly, males generally get more lenient sentences for murdering their spouse/partner than vice versa. Check the stats.

Dear Detective Chief Inspector Alex Campbell,

My condolences to the family of Andrew Rowland-Stuart. Here is some Information necessary to assist you and your colleagues.

Joanna Rowland-Stuart is an adult human male, a man. Joanna Rowland-Stuart is not an adult human female, a woman.

Political positioning by our Police works against the needs and rights of victims and leads to a reduction in trust in the Police service. This article is a very good example from many of how our country’s media have destroyed their status and credibility by preferring a very obvious political agenda that demands the reader rejects the evidence of their eyes and their ears. Your Police service have publicly provided many similar examples like this one.

So much transphobia in these comments. Shame on you all. Educate yourselves and learn to be kind.

OK not kind to the murderer but the transgender community.
    Kindness goes a long way.

I don’t understand why there’s so much trans gender hate.
A person got murdered by a fellow human being.
Do women think they’re not capable of committing murder?
Rose West, Myra Hindley, Lucy letby, Beverly Allit and Joanna Dennehy arre just the tip of the iceberg. Women are worse than men for inflicting mental cruelty – which is far far worse than physical cruelty – not just on men but on their own fellow women. They carry out these acts for lengthy periods of time. males tend to inflict things over short periods of time…..FACT

People hate lies. Anyone who want us all to live in a world of lies won’t be looked kindly upon, whoever that might be.
This person isn’t a woman and should not be classified as such either. These days we are constantly talked down to re: misinformation by the media and yet they and the Home Office are the worst for it, even going so far as to tell us that men are women and women are men. It’s absurd, a caricature of 1984.

People tend to believe that there are only 2 ways a society can fall into extremes – Communism or Fascism. Clearly not true. it can also fall into the realm of extreme subjectivity, or anti-reality, a destination that may well be a result of an arrogant universal liberalism, and I say this as someone whose default setting is liberal.
    That is no woman.
