The Albion picked up a useful point away at Burnley, with a goalless draw that keeps them in 8th place in the Championship.

The Seagulls’ best chances fell to Kazenga LuaLua and Andrea Orlandi, both denied by the impressive Clarets goalkeeper Tom Heaton.

Burnley themselves hit the post twice in the match and, late on, former Albion striker Ashley Barnes came on as a substitute.

Leo Ulloa had a chance to grab all three points for Albion in the last few minutes but was unable to finish when well positioned.

Albion next take on Watford at Vicarage Road this Sunday (2 February).
