As you undoubtedly already know, Bob Hoskins died yesterday aged 71.
Here’s a YouTube video of the scene he shot on the Palace Pier in Brighton with Cathy Tyson for the 1986 film Mona Lisa.
Hoskins won a BAFTA and a Golden Globe for the role and he was nominated for an Oscar.
Cathy said today: “Bob was a kind man and he was a good actor. He was a lovely man to be around.
“He did not push his weight around despite all his experience.”
