A television post-production company is moving into a prominent building in the heart of Brighton.
Run VT, which has premises in the Soho area of London, has rented offices on the second floor of the four-storey Barclays bank building on the corner of North Street and Portland Street.
The award-winning company, founded in 1995 by Balvinder Singh Sanghera, has worked on programmes such as Murder in Paradise and Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords.
The company already has offices in nearby Frederick Terrace, in the North Laine, and offers services such as camera hire, video podcast recording, voice overs, location recording and production space.
Flude Property Consultants announced the letting and said: “This prominent city centre building, which is also home to Barclays bank, offers four floors of quality office accommodation, with retail space on the ground and lower ground levels. It is home to a mix of both local and national tenants.”
Flude surveying executive Nick Martin said: “We are delighted to have secured a new tenant for 19A Portland Street within just two weeks of the former tenant vacating and as an off-market deal.

Flude said that, having let 3,700 sq ft to Run VT, the 1950s building was now fully occupied although an office suite on the third floor, once refitted, would soon become available.
