Two young men and a boy of 14 have been arrested in Brighton on suspicion of sexual activity with a child.
The arrests were made after police entered premises in North Street, close to Prince’s Place, in the early hours of Thursday morning (30 April).
Sussex Police said: “Police received a report of concern for a person’s welfare at around 1am on Thursday (30 April).
“Officers searched a property in North Street, Brighton, and arrested a 20-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy, from London, on suspicion of sexual activity with a child.
“The suspects have been released on bail while inquiries continue.
“The victim, a 15-year-old girl, and their family are being supported by specially trained officers.
“This is an ongoing investigation and no further information is available at this time.”
