Police have arrested a man who was wanted for recall to prison.
Sussex Police said: “We have arrested James Palmer who was wanted on recall to prison for failing to comply with the terms of his licence.
“Thanks for sharing our appeal to help locate him.”
The force issued a public appeal for help finding Palmer two weeks ago, on Tuesday 12 May.
The appeal included a warning to stay away from Palmer, of Gordon Road, Brighton, and formerly of Pankhurst Avenue, Brighton.
At that time, Sussex Police said: “Police are searching for the 34-year-old, wanted on recall to prison after breaching licence terms.
“He’s known to frequent Brighton.
“Do not approach. Call 999, quoting ref 4726011663.”
