Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company picked up another prize at an awards ceremony in Manchester this evening.
The company won the Coach Marketing Award at the UK Coach Awards.
The award was given because the company was judged to have made the best and most creative use of a range of marketing tools to grow its business and increase consumer awareness.
It comes after the company started a campaign called “Putting the coach into Brighton and Hove”.
At the award ceremony at the Piccadilly Hotel, Manchester, Chris Cheek, chairman of the UK Coach Awards, said: “Our aim is to recognise the hard work, dedication and professionalism of a whole range of people and organisations involved in coach tourism around the country.
“The judges were really impressed.
“There’s some really clever thinking and innovation going on all over the country, delivering what matters – better products and better trips for our customers.
“Whether it’s using the internet and other new media or just thinking things through, people really are working very hard and thoroughly deserve the recognition that the UK Coach Awards delivered.”
