Brighton fire crew tackles camper van blaze
Firefighters from Preston Circus in Brighton were sent to deal with a camper van which had caught fire yesterday (Thursday 8 August).
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said that a crew was sent to Porthall Place in Brighton after the call came in shortly before 4pm.
A crew from Preston Circus was sent to tackle a kitchen fire a day earlier (Wednesday 7 August) at a property in nearby Clyde Road shortly after 5.30pm.
About 15 minutes before that, crews from Hove were set to Goldstone Crescent in Hove to put out a fire in the utility room of a house.
Two people suffered from the effects of breathing in smoke and were treated by paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
