A missing 82-year-old man from Brighton has been found safe, Sussex Police said this afternoon (Monday 24 October).
The force said that Michael Burtenshaw returned home of his own accord on Friday (21 October).
Mr Burtenshaw was said to have last been heard from on Friday 23 September when he spoke through the intercom at his home in Kemp Town.
The pensioner was reported missing on Wednesday 28 September and Sussex Police published an appeal for help tracing him just over a fortnight later on Friday 14 October.
