A woman waa left thousands of pounds worse off after three men stole her bank cards during a distraction theft.
Sussex Police said: “Officers would like to speak with these three men after almost £2,500 was spent on stolen bank cards following a theft in Brighton.
“On Sunday 15 February at around 1.30pm, a woman reported having her purse stolen from her shopping bag during a distraction tactic which was acted out as she exited Waitrose, in Western Road.
“The purse contained money and bank cards, with one card used during attempts to complete high-value transactions.
“Police would like to speak with the men seen in the images as inquiries continue.
“Anyone who witnessed what happened or who has any information is asked to come forward.
