Part of Western Road will be closed westbound for four days to allow Southern Gas to connect a new shop near the junction with Regent Hill.
The road is scheduled to be closed from Monday to Thursday next week.
Meanwhile, the closure of a lane at Beaconsfield Road to deal with a gas leak which has been ongoing since March 2 is expected to finish today, and a serious gas leak in Dyke Road means two-way temporary signals will be in place until March 18.
New Road will be closed for the Spring Harvest Festival on Saturday and Sunday, and again on March 20 for a chocolate Festival.
Continued repairs to the footpath in Kensington Gardens mean potential disruption until April 9.
