Staff have been evacuated following a blaze at Legends Hotel on Marine Parade this afternoon.
The fire broke out some time after 4.30pm, and at least four fire engines attended. The fire reportedly started in an extractor fan in the roof.
Traffic is tailing back along the seafront as a result of the incident.
