A Brighton pimp is being hunted by police who want to send him back to prison.
Peter Orwell, 39, is wanted for recall to prison after failing to obey the conditions of his licence.
He was jailed for 18 months for controlling prostitution for his own gain in Brighton and Hove when he appeared at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 3 July 2009.
He was released from prison in June last year but, Sussex Police said, he had not “engaged with” the Probation Service since December.
Orwell is also wanted for non-payment of fines from a confiscation order imposed at Lewes Crown Court on Wednesday 23 December 2009.
He is described as white, 6ft tall, of medium build, with hazel-coloured eyes and short, dark brown hair.
He speaks with a southern accent and is clean shaven.
He has a scar on his right arm and one on his right hand.
Sussex Police said that if spotted he should not be approached.
