A man was charged by police today following a robbery at the Star Petrol Station, in South Coast Road, Peacehaven yesterday.
Homeless Gary Barney, 37, is suspected of robbing £170 cash. He will appear before Brighton Magistrates Court tomorrow.
A 22-year-old from South Yorkshire arrested at the same time has been released without charge following questioning.
