Santa will be on the Level this month to give Brighton children a ride on his sleigh days before it’s put into action delivering presents all over the world.
Father Christmas will be donating proceeds from the sleigh rides, to the Brighton Housing Trust’s First Base Day Centre.
A fairground will also be in action on Monday, 21 December from midday to 6pm.
Natasha Burt, Community Fundraiser at BHT said: “We are delighted that B A Mitchell and Sons and Santa Sleigh Hire are supporting First Base, a day centre supporting rough sleepers in Brighton and Hove.
“Children can ride the UK’s only road legal Santa’s sleigh, where passengers will wait with Santa’s helpers at the Santa bus stop in the middle of The Level.
“The family event will be full of fun but will also be raising money for a good cause. Roasted chestnuts and doughnuts will also be available on the day.”
Sleigh rides are £4 per person.
