See out August in style with the Meow Meows Summer Party

The Meow Meows

The Meow Meows

If you are in Brighton on Friday 31st August and fancy seeing out the month in style, then you can do wrong by heading down to the Hope & Ruin in Queens Road as Brighton’s very own boys and girls ska band The Meow Meows are hosting their riotous summer party.

You can grab your advance tickets HERE for a mere £5 or purchase any left on the door for £7 on the night.

The Meow Meows are an entertaining nine piece Ska ‘n’ Soul outfit that truly love ska oh and errrrr drinking, so parrrrty is the order of the night! You have been warned! See what we mean HERE and read more HERE.

The guys are celebrating the night with a couple of other Brighton bands, namely Neon Saints Brass Band and P*ssy Liquor.

The Neon Saints Brass Band

The Neon Saints Brass Band are a 12-piece who are inspired by the sound of New Orleans. So there’s a carnival street party atmosphere to be had and thus they have been gracing festival stages and YouTube channels worldwide. Combining soul, hip-hop brass and a willingness to fit too many musicians on too small of a stage, you literally can’t miss them — It’s a brass epidemic and the only cure is more cowbell. Watch them HERE and read more HERE.

P*ssy Liquor

P*ssy Liquor are an ‘in yer face’ uncensored female rage outfit, who proud fly the flag for putting the amp in tAMPon and thus raising oestrogen levels wherever they go. We’ve seen them live at this year’s Great Escape and they were terrific! So you need to get to the venue nice and early so that you get to see these entertaining ladies. Watch them HERE and read more HERE.

The event runs from 7:30pm to 11pm and once again you can grab your tickets HERE.
