North Street reopens

North Street

Three men kicked and stamped on a man after punching him to the ground in a vicious city centre attack last weekend.

The victim, a local man in his 50s, was attacked in North Street last Sunday at about 1am.

The trio were all dressed in black clothing with their hoods up. They fled in the direction of Pavilion Gardens.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, has CCTV or dashcam or mobile phone footage, or who saw anyone acting suspiciously around that time.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 76 of 9/11.
