A Hove man is still in hospital after being knocked over in a hit and run in Kemp Town last week.
Sussex Police said: “Police are investigating after a man was involved in a collision with a car in Montague Place, Brighton, at around 3.40pm on Thursday (14 January).
“A 53-year-old man from Hove suffered serious injuries and was taken to Roysal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where he remains.
“The driver of the vehicle did not stop.”
PC Gary Douglas said: “We would like to speak with the driver of a white Fiat in relation to this incident and anyone who saw what happened.”
