Churchill Square’s Christmas bauble damaged

Churchill Square’s sparkling Christmas bauble was looking a bit droopy this morning after it was damaged overnight.

The bauble, which has been a festive fixture outside the shopping centre for the last few years, is currently buckled on one side.

It’s believed that the damage happened when people climbed on it last night.

Churchill Square Centre director Mark Buchanan-Smith said: “We’re disappointed that unfortunately our Christmas Bauble was damaged during the evening of the 28 November.

“Our team is working hard behind the scenes to have it looking back to its best so we can have a festive decoration on our front piazza that Father Christmas himself would be proud of.”

I hope that the naughty, wicked scoundrels who caused this damage get a most harsh and forceful beating from the Police.

These idiots are the reason that we can’t have nice things…

My feelings are, as usual, I would like to give the idiots who caused this damage a good beating with a stick.

Ideally, I would probably imprison them too.

If I was the father of one of the little brats who caused this damage, I would destroy their Christmas for them; all of the money that I would have spent on their Christmas presents I would spend on lager, just for myself.

That would teach them to engage in antisocial behaviour
